Gremond offers a 2-year warranty on its fans, covering any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. This means if your Gremond fan develops a problem due to faulty manufacturing within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the defective part free of cost.

Our warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers or directly through Gremond’s official channels. It is valid from the date of purchase, as indicated on your invoice.

• Manufacturing defects: Any fault arising from improper assembly or defective materials used during manufacturing.

• Motor issues: If your fan’s motor fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will service or replace it.

Our warranty does not cover the following:

• Use of non-original spare parts or accessories.
