• You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped at no extra cost.

• Once your product has been dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can still initiate a return if eligible.

* Hassle-Free Refunds

• If your Gremond fan arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was delivered, we’ll arrange a pickup and issue a full refund.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• We’ll keep you informed at every step so you can track your refund status.

* Important Notes

• Refunds are not provided for damages due to mishandling, improper installation, or physical damage after delivery.

• Minor cosmetic variations (like slight color differences) are not grounds for return.
